    This week I want to reflect on Thomas S. Many of the important decision-making within a country is governed by politicians, they were voted in by the voice of the people, who trust them to lead by example, putting the people and the issues of the country as a top priority. Unfortunately, the economy of a country, the major decisions are taken in matters of the economy going through the analysis and evaluation of politicians elected by the people.   This week's reflection will be my views on the 'Attitude on Money." Growing up I always heard the phrase, "Money is the root of all evil", but this week's lesson has taught me otherwise. What is my attitude towards money? I believe money is very important in my life because it's a path to my basic needs. Almost everything I do takes money, therefore, my stand on money is, it is not evil if we use it the correct way. My financial success depends so much on my attitude or mindset towards money whether I love to save or spend. I strive to spend less than I earned, save for the future, help others, and save for emergencies, thus, money is a positive force for me. How can my views on money affect the way I live? Meeting my basic needs is very essential and without money, this proves impossible. Having enough money will give me a sense of security, not to worry about the unseen expenses that arrived. This week readings and videos were of great value to me. They had me doing some serious reflections about what I really want to do over the next five to ten years with my life. Growing up, I always dream of  achieving great things in my life such as having a family, being a teacher for young children and giving my life to God. there are many people who would say that its not good to have so much hope as things might not worked out as plan, however, for me, dreaming often and dreaming big is something wonderful to do. The principles that I want to share this week is from Elder Oaks (The Challenge to Become). Ephesians 4:13 is one of the scripture that he shared, it said, "Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and the knowledge of the Son of God, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ." Throughout the course of this week, the study materials were tremendously beneficial to me, each topic in the readings and videos has taught me a great deal lessons as a person aiming for higher ground in my career. There are number of insights that I learn that will go a long way that will ensure my way forward and save me from making decisions that will damage my career.  First and foremost, I will share some insight learning from "Good to Great" Good is the enemy of great. Most good people find a comfort zone in their goodness, and never discover the joy and inner peace that comes from discovering greatness. We were not sent to earth to be mediocre player, but we have the responsibility even to learn the lessons of greatness and then use them to take ourselves to higher ground.   I love the opening introduction of this week lesson where it talks about over coming challenges. some of the principles that keep popping into my mind through the week are: Some people abandon their journey because of setbacks, disappointments, or detours. This is the critical portion of the entrepreneur’s journey, where the entrepreneur learns the most about his/her true identity and convictions .  If a hero can emerge from testing, he will be stronger for it. The entrepreneur journey will not be easy.  You will encounter many challenges and hardships along your entrepreneurial journey. I also enjoy the talk by Jeffery R.
